PRE-DINNER SNACKS

DAILY SUPPORT GROUP TIME:

Pre-dinner snacks are not always a bad thing. Do you have a committment coming up for a dinner party or other type of gathering? Do NOT go hungry! If you do, you may overeat, or be tempted by something that's not on YOUR getting-healthy plan.

Instead, before you go, have a small handful of nuts or seeds, peanut butter on celery or with apple slices, a couple slices of deli turkey with sliced black olives or something else equally filling, with protein.

What pre-dinner snack do YOU grab?
