Day 33 Sat Weigh In

Thrilled! Just thrilled with my numbers!

Weighed just a little bit ago and I'm flabbergasted. My new weight is 240.8 pounds, which a 2-day loss of 2.4 lbs, and loss for the 7 days of 4.8 pounds. That was my goal loss for the week.

I just don't understand. I didn't starve myself. I ate healthy. Drank a lot of water and decaf tea. Ate a lot of fruit. Had carbs at 2 out of 3 meals. Didn't do a whole lots of farm chores yesterday and didn't exercycle. Did just a few moments of exercises (scissor kicks, bends, etc.).

What did I do right?

Please tell me it wasn't the allergic reaction to almonds?! I woke up this morning still really itchy and I don't want to keep feeling this way.

Sure hope I can repeat this weigh loss!!

Our bodies don't like to be starved. They get all panicky and hold on to pounds. Eating healthy is the only way to go, IMO. Plus, you just can't ever tell with the scale. It's fickle. :) Hope you feel better soon.
