Day 11's Meals and Exercise

Thursday was doctor and errand day....

Breakfast:
-major headache which made me run late so didn't eat. I know. Bad. Doc appt at 10:00.

Lunch:
-11:00 had a 15-ounce Naked Protein Juice Smoothie while running errands

Snack at 1:00:
-milk with 2 rice crackers and new medicine
-4 fresh blackberries

Dinner:
-homemade pot roast (size of my fist) - tastiest I'd ever made!
-small baked potato with a little sour cream and smart balance
-slice onion
-2 bites raw broccoli, 2 bites raw cauliflower, 3 baby carrots
-small slice chocolate cake

Snack:
-dark chocolate Hershey bar... NOT! didn't have any!!!

Exercise and Notes:
-after doctor appointment, went to health food store, wal-mart and king soopers to get enough food (except for produce) for month. (I do my big shopping once a month.) I put the pot roast in the oven on low around 1:00, took medicine with crackers and blackberries and milk, then went to bed. Slept like a baby until Hubby came home from work - the dog's excited tail hitting my hienie woke me up. Whole family walked dog around block after dinner.

Goal Check:
-no sodas? Check.
-no ordering in or going out? Check.

Great job on not eating the Hershey bar!! I love Hershey's dark chocolate and can't live without it so I get their dark chocolate kisses and only allow myself 3 at a time and not every day. That might be a way to work in that yummy treat.

I think you got in a lot of exercise with all that shopping. Good for you.

Deborah: Told Hubby about the dark chocolate kisses and since it's almost valentine's day, shouldn't be hard to find them. Wonder if Sam's Club has them?!

Cammy: I try to be humorous. Good to know I succeed sometimes.

Ah man... just realized I didn't re-weigh this morning. Maybe tomorrow morning.
