CHANGING IT UP

DAILY SUPPORT GROUP TIME:

When you workout, do you do the same thing over and over again, day after day? Or do you change it up, like abs on Monday, glutes on Tuesday, ... ... etc. ?

I exercycle whenever I remember to. Then I take care of the livestock daily. I stretch and do exercises when I think of them.

Sad, isn't it?

But lately I've been thinking that I should make a plan. I always do much better when I make a plan or list, and organize my thoughts to stick with it.

So.... if YOU have a workout routine, what is it (day by day, or week by week)? Maybe knowing what YOU do will help me figure out what **I** should do.

I do a lot of cardio, when I work out at the gym at work, I use the elliptical, exercise bike and treadmill. At home, I walk outdoors.

I keep my schedule pretty much the same, but I switch out exercise routines. M-W-F are strength training mostly, with a little cardio at the end if I didn't ruin my legs. :) Then I do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio (elliptical, bike, walking, or cross-ramp) 3 days a week. I take at least one day for rest each week, and some weeks I take two. I don't get upset if life gets in the way sometimes. As long as I'm doing *something*, I'm happy.
