DAILY SUPPORT GROUP TIME:
Do you eat enough beans? Sure there's the gas factor, but they are a great source of vitamins and minerals, PLUS lots of fiber and protein. You should be eating beans, lentils and peas at least 3 times a week.
Oh, and they're CHEAP!!!
