DAILY SUPPORT GROUP TIME:
I ate a whole cake yesterday. Yes, an entire double-layer italian creme cake, with frosting and coconut.
There I was at Wally World yesterday morning, saw it on the discount rack for $4.80, bought it, snuck it in to my bedroom, grabbed a fork, and spent the day nibbling on it until late last night, it was gone.
Delicious.
Ugh.
I ate a whole entire cake.
What in the world has gotten in to me?
Yet another delay
-
I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.
Another lump ...

its a new day.
a completely new 24 hours.
Oops! I am sure you won't do it again. Just reading your post though made me think how nice it would be to sit down and eat a whole cake, as if gorging is a highpoint of fun. It is a struggle.
You just got yourself a do-over. You might even need another 25 do-overs before you get it right the way you wanted that scenario to go....but you WILL get it right.
Sounds like a whole entire cake has gotten into you!
Challenge yourself starting today - do not eat ANYTHING that you wouldn't eat in front of your kid. If you don't want people to know that you're eating it then please - don't eat it.
Don't beat yourself up about what happened, just make sure it doesn't happen again. k?
oh yeah - and stay away from the clearance rack. Nothing good can happen there.
