I did too much yesterday. That, and a cold front came in. By the time evening rolled around, I was starting to feel achey. By the time I got into bed, I had to take some pain relievers. By this morning, I was so stiff it took three tries to get out of bed. Achey, swollen joints and hands, and just miserable. And it is drizzling. High expected to be 78. Big different from Sunday's 98.
I'm going back to bed for an hour. I'll weigh in after I milk the goat.
Don't expect much from me today. I see the bed in my future-day.
Yet another delay

I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.
Another lump ...

sounds like you're coming down with something! Take your rest and don't push yourself too hard! Your body sees rest as fuel (just like it sees food as fuel).
