I haven't written in a while. Because of my bad health, it took a very very long time to get over the swine flu, and then the ailments that hit me afterwards.
I'm still hovering around 270 pounds. You'd think being sick would have made me lose weight, but it didn't. It's easier to get pre-made rice pudding and gelatin and crackers and such instead of making some homemade chicken soup or an otherwise healthy homemade food.
Help.
My weight is getting in the way of doing anything normal. I've broken 2 toilet seats in the last 60 days. That's really embarrassing. I have troubles getting myself to get out of bed in the morning. I nearly crushed one of my pets yesterday when he tripped me looking for a goody handout. We're surrounded by fresh raw goat milk, home-raised chicken eggs, and soon will have homegrown fruits and veggies, but still ... I crave cheeseburgers and malted milk shakes.
Help!
Yet another delay

I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.
Another lump ...

Okay, so my life is upside down again. Deep breath. I've calmed down over the weekend, and ready to face this upheaval... head on. I'd left the window open last night, awaking to a slight chill from the cold front that came through yesterday.Snuggle under the blankets weather. I love this time of year. It put me in a great frame of mind.
SWEET!!!! Love that you're raising your own food! Way to go!!! Trust me it will be that cheeseburger and shake hands down!! :D
P: I like the cool night-time breezes too. Day time is another story!
Twix: I'm anxious waiting for zuke and etc to munch on but still.. the burger calls.
Glad your back, go for the fresh veggies!
