I thought for sure I blew it over the weekend with the salty salads and fries, but I just weighed and it was 3 pounds less than last Monday! I'm at 273 pounds. I haven't been here in months and months... Whoo-hoo!
Here's a thought... maybe working to get in more fresh fruits and vegetables is helping me not eat junk. I desparately wanted a big mac yesterday but instead got that fruit and walnut and yogurt snack-salad. Because I hadn't eaten any fruit yet. This gives me something to think about. And believe that I **can** do this!

ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.

Congratulations on the great loss - and I'm like you...when I do lose a pound or two, I'm more motivated to keep eating the fresh fruits and veggies. Great job!
