Didn't get the new scale because Hubby worked on his scale and fixed it to where it would give me an accurate weight. I didn't want a fancy scale to give percentage of fat or whatever. Just a plain ole number.
Just weighed. 275 pounds. Unbelievable that I lost 4 pounds in one week, just by taking out gluten items, and continuing with my other habit changes.
I'm thinking this is working!
Okay... now I'm going to eat breakfast!
