Notes:
As my post yesterday stated, I came so close to breaking the once-a-week-eating-out because of his bonus. Instead, he ordered in pizza, and I ate what I fixed for me and Tween. And since I didn't like the kind of pizza he ordered (with olives and sausage and peppers - yuck), it didn't make me feel like I was missing anything.
For two nights in a row, Hubby and I have had completely frank discussions about my cravings. We talked about 30 minutes last night as I confessed that my first thought about his bonus was "yippee - we can eat out and I can pig out" before I even thought about how proud I am of him. He understands, or is trying to. That really helps.
Still itchy. Still dealing with it.
BTW .... DIET is a dirty, four-letter word! So is FAIL.
Would rather choose LIFE.
Yet another delay

I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.
Another lump ...

Thanks for stopping by my blog. In the middle of Dec. I weighed 305. I couldn't believe I was over 300. I was disgusted with myself. I am feeling so much better since I have lost a total of 25 lbs. In my journal I have only showed that I lost 12 lbs since I started weighing in on Jan. 1st. I know I have a long way to go. I think you are doing great on getting healthy. Have a wonderful weekend.
