Here's my accounting of yesterday:
Breakfast:
-whole wheat sandwich (pb and blackberry all-fruit)
Snack (10 am):
-walnuts
Lunch:
-a balance gold nutrition energy bar
-tea
Dinner:
-homemade chicken noodle soup
-tea
Exercise:
-butt clinches
-leg shakes
-doggy-curls (used chihuahua)
Notes:
I didn't have much of an appetite today. Spent most of the day on the computer, writing, researching, blogging. Helped TC with writing his story for schoolwork. Cleaned the kitchen so we can do some cooking experiments this weekend. Migraine not so bad but carpal tunnel and popping knees were.
Very successful day. No sodas.

I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.

Absolutely serious. We call it "junior bird-dog" - lift her in the air with one hand and down. 10 reps. then other arm. singing "up in the air, junior bird man (dog)" etc. old song. and thanks!
