GOING GLUTEN-FREE. AGAIN.

Haven't done too bad trying to eat healthy. Eating lots of fruit... you know I love my berries so summer is my FAVORITE season for eating fruit!

But now, as of today, going back to gluten-free. Hoping it'll help my body get back to good health a little faster.

Breakfast: one protein shake

Yep, that's it for now. I'm getting a late start because I didn't get much sleep last night (about 2 hours). I can hear my poor goats in the backyard screaming for breakfast.

Hold on, kids! I'm coming!

I wish you well on the gluten free. I'm looking for recipes as we're invited to a friends house and the host is gluten free. She told us not to worry about it but I of course want to bring something nummy that she can eat.

I share your summer fruit-lovin' passions. I think I've had four servings already today, and I was just thinking about the cherries in the kitchen. :)

Have a great weekend!

Hmmm... cherries. I think I'll have some for lunch. And leftover watermelon.

Debbi: There are LOTS of choices. If you don't feel like making anything, there are lots of gluten-free choices in regular grocery stores these days... cake, pie, mac-n-cheese, etc. Just ask. Also, you could make a crockpot of baked beans with navy beans, brown sugar, bacon, onion and tomato paste. Or get some gluten-free pasta and make a pasta salad. Or make a green salad and bring a variety of salad dressings. Take a fruit salad with lime and walnut salad dressing. Let us know how it turns out.
