SOY IS BAD

I know I know ... so many things are wonderful about soy ... great source of protein, heart-healthy, etc.

Truth is, for me, it's BAD. Messes with my hormones. Makes my Kid become Evil MasterMind. And gave me the first period I'd had since last Summer.

Yesterday.

When I desparately needed to get stuff done.

Cramps. Water weight. Stuck-pig syndrome.

Okay, I thought I was in menopause, then last week I go and have several soy protein drinks because I had troubles with my hypoglycemia.

Hot flashes.

Geez.
