Started a program with my Kid this week, so today was the second day we worked out with weights together. Nothing fancy and certainly not for long, but it's a beginning. It actually excites him, being able to go faster than me. I'm fine with that.
Tomorrow is a "your choice" exercise day. Wonder whether he'll choose to ride the exercycle, lift weights, or choose something else.
All of this helps me. Now ... if I can just get my eating back under control!
