Drink drink drink! So I made a couple of large jars of tea (two half gallon jars). I drink one a day, but it's really more than that. I fill out my quart plastic container with ice, pour on the tea and drink. When it's almost empty, I fill it up again with more ice, more tea, and etc etc etc.
I find it helps fill me up. And it's healthy.
My cabinet shows a LOT of different (decaf) teas ... blueberry, peach, raspberry, pomegranate, earl grey (yes, decaf!), green, and much more. I don't like plain water so I make kinda weak tea and drink it all day. Nope, that's not true. During the hottest of summer days, I love a glass of iced water. Yum!

Time for a change. For me AND this blog. For just a few more days, I'll be posting like I usually do, but starting on Monday... the postings will be brief and hopefully entertaining.
I'll be posting recipes every Saturday (except this coming). Like ... I created a gluten-free protein pancake-type-bread out of mostly ground flaxseed, whey protein and flavoring. I'm working on several different versions, even one my Kid LOVES because it has cinnamon and a tad bit of sugar. Gluten-free, of course. And a dessert one for me with walnuts and cocoa powder. Yum!
Meanwhile, I'm still posting what I eat and my calories/carbs taken in, and any exercise I do .. at the page above "My Low-Carb Meals". And when I have a great weigh-in and take my measurements, those will show up as a regular posting.
