Day 31 Thur O My I am Tired

Breakfast: pecans, almonds, 2 pkgs instant oatmeal with a dab of all-fruit-spread (red raspberry)

Lunch: 2 pieces turkey lunchmeat, peanut butter, banana, red cherries, 2 pcs gf cheese-toast

Dinner: 1/2 cup gf shell pasta, marinara red sauce made with ground turkey/onion/garlic, broccoli, raw yellow squash slices

Drinks: water and decaf instant tea with lime juice MOST of the day, but just for a certain blogger, I added another 16 ounces of filtered ice water with lime juice. I'm floating away!

What I did: I milked today without eating first. Big mistake Lost energy before I could finish and just couldn't push myself to strip the goat (only got a pint when I should get a quart each time). After I returned her to the pen and checked for chicken eggs and strained the milk, I ate a quick breakfast. Watered the garden. 10 minutes on the exercycle. Did some writing. Some organizing. A load of laundry. Cleaned the kitchen. 10 minutes of exercises. Worked on creating a recipe for rolls and bread using whey leftover from making cheese (for a cookbook I'm working on AND to sell). Cleaned the kitchen again. More writing. Watered the indoor garden. Checked for eggs again (none ... come on ladies!). Started dinner. Exercycle for 10 minutes. Ate. Milked again (much better this time... 1 quart and 1 pint!), strained the milk, cooled it down and cleaned the supplies. Dishwasher. Played with goats and chickens. Shower. Bed.

I'm not gonna make my weight loss goal for this week if I don't pick up my pace (exercising) so I pushed a little harder on the exercycle (went a little faster than usual). Will do better today. And tomorrow.

Still tired. Need a nap! Gonna eat my pre-milking breakfast, take my arthritis pain meds and go back to sleep.

I hate it when I don't have enough energy to strip the goat!
