Day 26 Sat Weigh-In

Yesterday was hard with the huge gap in eating... messing with my hypoglycemia etc. I was too weak to really exercise so I kinda let it slide.

Still.. when I weighed this morning, it was 245.6 ... a loss of 1.4 pounds! That ends up to be a net loss of 1.0 pounds for the whole week. Yahoo!
