I guess it had been a long time since I'd eaten so many raw fruits and veggies, but by the time I logged off last night and started getting ready for bed, I was cramping. That IBS acting up again I grabbed a greek yogurt to help settle my stomach, took a prilosec, and 2 tums. By the time I had 2 trips to the bathroom, turned off everything and opened the window in the hopes for some cool air, I started to feel better.
I think last night was the first night in a long time that I actually slept with NO sleeping pill. Could be that I've been back on the gluten-free diet for 2 days. Could be the fruits and veggies. Could have been that last yogurt. But ... except for waking to get into a new position, I slept from about 11 to 5. That's actually fantastic for me.
