Had to go out this morning. Usually, that means an incredible craving for fast food - like Mickey-D's or Krispy Kreme.
Took the dogs to the vet - puppy had gained over 4 pounds in 2 weeks which is good for him (would obviously be bad for me!). Decided to treat the dogs at Petco with a new toy, and had to pass by Krispy Kreme to get there. I covered that side of my face so I wouldn't give in. Success!
By the time I got home, though, I was hungry. Didn't have time to eat before we left even though I had taken my supplements with a cup of instant decaf tea. So I settled the dogs down, got the Tween busy with schoolwork, and sat at the table with a boiled egg and some vanilla yogurt. Stomach's upset, but what's new?!?!
Still, quite a success already today. No donuts!

I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.

Good job on covering your eyes! I was out yesterday and a big gust of wind came up and filled my nose with the smell of Mc Donalds. I actually said YUCK out loud. Now I know Im over the fast food that just sticks to my butt! lol
