V-8 V-Fusion Juice Taste Test

I was at Sam's yesterday because Hubby was sick and needed something. I found two large bottles of V-8 F-Fusion juice for under 6 dollars which was about the same price as my favorite juice, Kagome, which, as you know, is being pulled from US markets.

Here's the link for V-8 V-Fusion Pomegranate-Blueberry juice: http://www.campbellwellness.com/product-list.asp?brandID=8&brandCatID=833&productID=120672&catID=499 - It has no added sugars, only fruits and vegetables. Good combinations of healthy stuff. Just enough fruit to disguise the taste of veggies.

I bought a couple sets of bottles at Sam's and brought them home. We tried one - Hubby, me and Tween. Tween didn't like it nearly as much as the Kagome Purple Roots and Fruits but Hubby and I find it acceptable. It's still pretty expensive but if we watch our portion sizes, maybe we'll be able to drink 3 ounces a piece a day to just help us get our veggies and fruits. That's kinda what we did with the Kagome. (yep, still pouting).

Guess we'll go with that for now. Here's a link to someone else's review: http://theconsumerscorner.net/2008/01/21/v8-vfusion-pomegranate-blueberry/
Someone suggested Bolthouse but haven't found those yet. Still looking.

Meanwhile, Hubby brought home day before yesterday a couple quarts of VRuit - we'll try those in the next couple of days and let you know.

Thanks for letting me know about the V-Fusion. I have never tried it before and I was wondering if it is worth it. Have a terrific Thursday
