Breakfast:
-1 gf dark choc chip pancake with honey

Lunch:
-hamburger patty w/cheese
-1 apple
-milk
Snack:
-vanilla activia yogurt drink
Dinner:
-2 gf cheeseburgers with mayo
-kagome fruit/veggie juice
-p.m. supplements
Exercise:
-gave new puppy a bath, on knees, containing him in the bathtub.
Goal Check:
-No sodas? Check
-Eat out/Order in Only Once Per Week: Lunch was from McDonalds
-Gluten-Free? Check
-Supplements? Check
Notes: The activia WAS what caused my huge stomach pains on Saturday. Guess I can't get that brand any more. Bummer.
Measured last night and weighed this morning. Only lost 1 pound since last Monday morning - guess it was the stress and all the chocolate I ate last week. Or the salt from the McDonald's cheeseburger patty causing me to retain water (grasping at straws?!?!). Or the three new hairs on my head?!?!
Maybe this week's habit should be exercycle 2-3 times a week.

I honestly started back on my writing, while preparing to get the house
ready to sell and monitoring my son's epilepsy ... then it happened.
