Week 1's New Habit: Drinks

How about if I make one small change to my life per week? Like this week... it's Monday, so perfect time to:

Replace all drinks to herbal caffeine-free tea,
100% juice, milk, or water.

Not hard. I've done it before. It's a little hard when Hubby wants to order fast food for dinner instead of rummaging in the fridge for something. Most places have only soda pop, lemonade or caffeinated tea. But... I'll just order milk or water, and perhaps that will get me through.
