STREAK?! Yep, you read that right! Are you home alone? When was the last time you looked at your naked bod? Whenever it was, it's been too long. Strip. Go ahead, I'll wait.
Okay, now look in the biggest mirror you have. Take a good look. Sure you see the folds of fat. The wrinkles around the eyes. The vastness of belly, arm and leg.
Or maybe you see a deflated body, now-empty skin, toned calves, budding arm muscles, stretch marks.
That's ok. It's you. Accept it. Accept YOU.
Still home alone?
Time to go... STREAKING! Yep, I want you to streak around your home (INSIDE)! Run around! Jump up and down! Jiggle, wiggle and giggle.
Calories burned: about 8-9 per minute of streaking!
Then put on your clothes and smile. You are GORGEOUS!
