1. How does your body feel at this moment?
2. Did you drink enough water today?
==================================
"Calcium is the main component of bones and teeth. It is essential for growth in children, and helps to ensure efficient muscle contraction and blood clotting. It is also useful for lower blood pressure. Our bodies use calcium to help our heart, muscles and nerves work properly."
Sources:
Fruits : Oranges
Fish : Salmon, sardines
Dairy foods : Milk, yogurt, cheese
Leafy green vegetables : Broccoli, kale, spinach
Beans and peas : Tofu, peanuts, peas, black beans, baked beans
Misc : Sesame seeds, blackstrap molasses, corn tortillas, almonds, brown sugar
NOTE: Goat milk is higher in vitamin A, calcium, potassium and copper than cow milk.
WARNING: Be careful not to drink too much milk or otherwise take in too much calcium as it could cause calcium deposits in the kidneys (kidney stones). That's a problem I have so I have to walk a fine line between enough and too much.
Believe me ... kidney stones are a PAIN!

Vitamin D:
Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. This vitamin occurs naturally in only a few foods, such as fatty fish (salmon, sardines) and egg yolks. And, of course, from the sunshine!
