Argh!

I put the "diet" on hold so I wouldn't stress while packing up the house and painting walls and landscaping and generally getting the house ready to put on the market. I'm not successful. I'm still stressing. I haven't slept a night through in weeks. And if I don't start my day with fresh raw fruit, I get, er, backed-up.

I can't keep this up.

Ok... we can't use the stove or oven or microwave. We can keep out (rather, hidden in the pantry) a nu-wave oven and a blender. We have to keep the counters empty and clean, and the fridge mostly empty and definitely clean. Tween needs/wants his gluten-free cereal and organic milk for breakfast, and his special cheesy-bread for dinner.

I guess for weekdays we'll just have plain ole raw fruit and veggies, and Tween'll have that and his special favorite foods. Maybe I'll make smoothies for me. Doesn't sound very satisfying.

... and weekends, when Hubby is home, we'll eat out.

Yuck. I hate this transition.
