You can't do anything about it. What you can do is decided not to do it again and have another great day. Once you have a great day, have another and another until your mojo walks up to you and askes "what's up"? It will happen.

This weight loss thing isn't entirely linear. We have to forgive ourselves when we stumble. I've stumbled a lot!Kimberlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08301763232264453237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2069995056260858128.post-63732272096199201162010-10-05T19:21:22.640-06:002010-10-05T19:21:22.640-06:00Thanks for what you all wrote. This is my first visit to your blog, but I can tell from the ticker at the top that you must have put in a lot of hard work to lose the weight you already lost. Even if these two binges were really grand (10,000 calories each) you would only be gaining 4lbs. That's less than 5% of the weight you've already lost. In the grand scheme of things, two bad nights will not ruin you unless you let them ruin your mindset, which you wont!

Life is a marathon, not a sprint. I saw it on another post and I didn't have a clue what they were talking about.

Anyway, good advice about weight lifting. It's really essential for functional fitness especially as we age.

I was sad to hear about your binge struggles. I can so relate, Vee. But you have been so successful and it seems that these "issues" will always be there in the background, but it will get better, I'm sure.

You can do it. Find your Mojo...I'll be watching you - lol.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2069995056260858128.post-22541147914700444982010-10-05T06:35:32.181-06:002010-10-05T06:35:32.181-06:00great tips! enjoy your week!great tips! enjoy your week!Chayahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02535747469369156157noreply@blogger.com
